ABOUT ME

I was lucky enough to have a Jungian therapist and many Jungian teachers during my time in graduate school, so I was an early “convert.” To me, living a symbolic life means learning to see the multiplicty and interconnection in all things, and to hold space for multiple truths at once. I am also a musician and artist/arts enthusiast. I have a lot of experience in both the art world (working at museums and galleries such as The Broad in Los Angeles), and in entertainment (working in the music department for films such as The Hunger Games and Pitch Perfect). I have a passion for helping clients re-discover and nurture their creative spirits.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes, with EMDR sessions being 90 minutes. I also offer EMDR intensives (link), which are 4 hour blocks of reprocessing, combined with 50-minute intake and follow up sessions as needed.
My rate is $150 per 50-minute session. 90 minute sessions are $225. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces in my practice. Feel free to contact me to ask about this!
I have chosen not to contract with insurance panels. I feel this helps preserve your confidentiality and maintain flexibility to let the work unfold as it needs to. I do provide Superbills (coded receipts of charges and payments) upon request if you would like to file for out of network reimbursement with your insurance provider
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
Both! I see clients primarily on Mondays and Wednesdays from my office in East Nashville, with limited Telehealth/Secure Video sessions available on Saturdays as well.
